If you sell IDCC and want to get a good return on your money

buy foreclosed HUD houses and rent them to section 8 tenants.

I have just bought 3 for a little over $100,000 2 were 4 bedroom

2 bath and one even had a garage. The third was a 3 br 1 1//2

bath. They will generate $3,000 a month income. I look to buy

at least 3 more this year. Hopefully before I croak I have

25 houses for my son and wife and hopefully even another baby.

She wants a girl and I would love it.
