The charges stem from a '02 Hollywood altercation. In other legal news, a High Court judge rules that a trademark battle between Apple Computer Inc. and The Beatles` record company Apple Corps Ltd. should be heard in London. The record company is suing Apple Computer claiming the American company violated a 1991 agreement by entering the music business with its iTunes online store. 2004

Canadian born Mighty Mike, the diminutive emcee on Mötley Crüe's ’05 tour is refused entry into the United States following the band's show in Winnipeg, Canada. Not the type to take things too seriously, the Crüe lets the one-liners fly. "This could set U.S./Canadian relations back a couple of weeks," quips singer Vince Neil. Drummer Tommy Lee jokes, "It's no big deal, hopefully Mighty Mike will grow from this experience." 2005
Aerosmith bassist Tom Hamilton performs at the 11th annual Banned In Boston event. It’s Hamilton’s fourth appearance at the fund-raiser, which supports the city's Urban Improv violence-prevention program. Hamilton dresses up as former first lady Barbara Bush for a musical number.
