We are done if toby continues on the same path. If he comes up with a big contract we'll be ok. Personally I think we'll be diluted again after split.

Gmoney, I've been done as a longterm investor in TBEV for quite some time. When I found out that McBride was giving out insider info last summer and telling people to sell....well that was about it for me.

But, in the meantime, I've been flipping the crap out of TBEV and it's been very, very profitable.

At the moment, I hold very few shares. I had planned on reloading this morning and when the Q hit, I pulled my buys. And then when the Split hit, I was very happy that I had pulled my buy orders.

I'd love to jump back in and flip this some more. But, I'm just not sure where the bottom is or if a good bounce will happen.

What are your thoughts and insights?

The last 8k they filed, said they would probably not survive without Throwdown or some big licensor! Also stated they are not good with accounting procedures and regulations. The 8k caused me to bail out of this. Glad I did.

you will have 1/10 the amount of shares that you previously owned, and the price will then continue to drop due to the impending dilution that will occur, thus the reason for the r/s. They have more notes coming due starting in March and they have to have tens of millions more shares available to cover the notes coming due. It's a death spiral and the fact that they have produced NADA just escalates the pain. And the sad part is the dopies running this company are taking hundreds of thousands of shareholders money to pay themselves handsome salaries for producing NADA!. What a wonderful world, getting paid for producing NADA!
