They have more notes coming due starting in March and they have to have tens of millions more shares available to cover the notes coming due. It's a death spiral and the fact that they have produced NADA just escalates the pain. And the sad part is the dopies running this company are taking hundreds of thousands of shareholders money to pay themselves handsome salaries for producing NADA!. What a wonderful world, getting paid for producing NADA!
