Mschere, Wouldn't you think Matsushita as well as Sharp are in the same boat?
Merritt was very confident when he spoke that the Sharp deal would be done in the second quarter and it was. What caused that resolution? Is it possible Matsushita like Nokia/ERICY will take the same deal Sharp got? Maybe Mickeys right and the JPO issue is resolved and who ever provided him that information didn't have the proper patent numbers?
Although that's possible I doubt it very much because I would think the settling of a legal dispute would warrant a press release. If the JPO issue is settled and a press release is over looked and this information leaked out some heads should roll at IDCC.
