And all of this is happening just as we learn that ERHC was approached by Tullow to take on the EEZ, but then Tullow leaves when oil prices plunge...

...but you know which company continues to explore for oil even with the lower oil prices? You guessed it, CEPSA is full steam ahead in Kenya and is not adversely affected by the lower oil prices...in fact, it is probably getting quite the deal on exploration equipment.

Well if CEPSA can move forward in Kenya at such a low oil price per barrel...then maybe they can do the same in the EEZ, which is not really deep water since our blocks are close to the islands.

I don't know if it's CEPSA, but if they're in the process of buying out ERHC, then they very well could be...because we do have an MOU after all...maybe the MOU is them.

Tullow's departure allowed CEPSA to finally make its move and buy all of ERHC.

And you know what would seal the deal for me? If we also find out that CEPSA has a bit of a footprint in Chad. If they are making forays in that direction, then ERHC could very well be bought by them.

Could also get the reason why ALL have been so vague and secretive about Kenya thus so far.

Would explain why chad has been so quiet too. Been locked down behind close doors.

Would also explain why it would actually be beneficial for the sp to be as low as possible.

So Offor gets his 80 cent plus price. What can I then sell my shares for if CEPSA doesn't need them?

2) the minute CEPSA came into play for Kenya, Offor started to act differently. For example, he supported the share offering in the PR, but then with CEPSA in the picture, he declined to participate in it. Could it be that it wasn't the American authorities preventing him from buying more as some assume, but maybe he was prevented through an agreement with CEPSA. I think it is quite the coincidence that Offor does a 180 from supporting to not participating just when CEPSA shows up on the scene.
