If CEPSA values the shares for 80 cents...then it has put a value on every share...CEPSA and Deloitte would know what the company is worth and the market will follow for the rest, imo.
The market doesn't know how to value ERHC right now because it has no information about what's in Kenya, the JDZ or elsewhere. But I suspect that not only CEPSA but also Deloitte will get the information for a proper valuation. Then the market will know.
