I think it's a great deal, 2 bil is still very few shares for a micro cap. also indicates SHMN intends on moving foreward. SHMN has way too much potential from here. I just grabbed some .0004's we should be getting news soon. Don't forget, Michael Bennett is working with China as well.
I do not like the idea that the CEO stayed in power or the way SHMN communicates to its shareholders or the fact that the pps is not reflective of what it should be and there's a reason for that.
But with that said an RS or an increase in the AS was needed. I would prefer the increase in the AS. Still very low. There is no liquidity here at all. This is a good thing imo
