All we had was a couple PR's since the legal debacle was to be settled. PR's can be placed by not only the Company but the brokers and MM's as well. This to me indicates that the legal position has come to rest and SHMN is ready to move foreward. The FBI or SEC would never accept an adjustment to share count if otherwise. This is a strong buy!!! IMO
