A good communicator would understand how the audience may view it differently and be cognizant of what they say. I believe Leo is a good communicator as you hope a CEO is.
I appreciate the calming intent of some posters, but like it or not, in my opinion, Leo has built a narrative for the market to easily speculate that a partnership is pending with BOD already chosen to up list with the upfront cash.
May I in humble fashion reiterate, and we all better get used to it, it's Leo's way or the highway. Steady but sure is all I can ask for..........................Shalom.
