Partnership, big contract or grant, direct placement of 10 million shares... something along those lines would maybe be Momentous.

I believe the BOD is already selected and ready to go.
Leo does not wait and react and he isn't going to wait to the last minute to put the BOD together.

We've seen how fast he gets things done and much of our short term catalysts are coming together now, this month, the next few weeks.

He did not call out the President lightly. He did not mistakenly choose the word Momentous.

It may very well be 90 days or longer before we are applying for NASDAQ, but the events that will get us there are going to happen sooner than that.

Here we are at 500 mill and we still don't have P1 K data or P.
