I know that it's gotta be "Leo's way". And not only am I "used to it", I LIKE it that way. But I have confidence in Leo's ability to clearly communicate his intentions. And I am confident that he says what he means. So when he says "very soon", I believe he means "very soon".

Leo's PRs have yet to disappoint me. And I don't think he will in this case either.
