'Desert dweller' I think you are forgetting we have a new sheriff in town. UB has only been on the job a year and he has broken the log jam that has frozen this company for years. I for one am very glad we are out from under all the delays, lawyers fees, MFL clauses. Give this management a chance, to this point I think they have done an outstanding job. MO
