wilco244 .. DD has had a severe case of "CPA Syndrome" for some time now. It occurs when a CPA concludes that the examination of company books qualifies him as a management expert. Most of the time the symptoms of the afflicted are mild and confined to boring others to death at cocktail parties. However, there is strong evidence that investing in a company is the catalyst for the afflicted to break out into full blown CPA Syndrome where their criticism of management knows no bounds. The poor folks that reach this stage even send off embarrassing e-mails to the company downplaying management's successes. When the patient asks to be put out of their misery it invariably means that the CPA Syndrome has become terminal and all future evaluation of managment by the patient is consistently irrational.

Unfortunately, DD is not the only CPA on this board suffering from CPA Syndrome.
