The problem you aren't thinking about is the extra dilution required to meet Nasdaq uplisting requirements at this point in time.

I agree with what your saying BK. I think we may be better off waiting until after the PH 1 K results are out and uplisting to NASDAQ. Just my personal preference. I'm fine with whatever LEO decides to do including staying pink. Either way we end up at point B and it doesn't really matter to me which road we take to get there.
