Not so for the NYSE-MKT.

Plus at a higher evaluation, if ever we use the Shelf it will mean less dilution.

Even with good science, we still need Funds and Institutions to buy the shares.

We don't have to uplist to the Nasdaq at this time. With the money raised via Aspire the last quarter, we now meet the shareholder's equity requirement of $4 million, and can now uplist to NYSE-mkt (standard 3) with a Share Price of $2.

Well that is not really empty dilution, it is in exchange for cash, which can always be used to buy back the new stock soon after replacement capital is available (eg, from a partnership deal). Or is used to further fund research, which we might still need more funding for. The market has already priced these expectations in.
