I would prefer to stay OTC for now.

I don't get this line of thinking. Not necessarily you but others seem to fear that an uplisting will cause the price to spike and then more manipulation and the price will fall back. Well, it already does that. Sure, an uplisting might take the sp as high as $10 and then fall back to $5, but would that not be a higher low than the current $3 correction and basing lows?

So what if it gets manipulated; it gets manipulated now and is targeted by short interest and hedge fund specialists. The one positive difference will be that as soon as CTIX uplists, even to NYSE mkt, it will be included automatically in the RUSSELL 2000 and at least 2 other indexes from which institutions must re-balance their portfolios. Institutions having to buy several million shares from the retail market is a good thing.
