GTATQ $$$$ Yes. Compensate GTAT for all losses incurred through out the original contract term, all looses from legal fees, rewrite the original contract in reasonable terms that can reasonably be met and include provisions to supply additional finances if needed to meet the terms of the agreement...and no restrictions to GTAT for developing other business contracts so that they are not solely reliant upon AAPL.

The reason GTAT had to file for BK was because the costs of the AAPL agreement turned out to be more than the company could reasonably absorb, the production expectations were unrealistic with severe monetary penalties if not met, the funding that was to be provided to GTAT during the term was withheld, and the terms of the contract was later changed by AAPL in ways that made the contract impossible to fulfill.........and the only way to get out of the contract and save the company was to file CH 11.

I'm sure there are other tweaks that need to be made...but the least AAPL could do is make GTAT whole...and get them out of the financial hole that they pushed them into...then there would be no need for CH 11 relief.
