Someone help me understand why the judge would have sympathy on GT regarding unfairness of the contract(s) between Apple and GT please....
Now I'm not saying that it's not justified, but I wonder if I were the judge, maybe I would think, "Well, everyone's grownups here. Everyone should have read their contracts. Anyone worth over $500K has a lawyer or two that can read the contracts for them and advise as well. I may not be a fan of huge financial bullies like Apple, but GT was doing fine before Apple, and if they hadn't gotten greedy maybe they would have never gotten involved with Apple and today they'd be fine"
Now I'm not saying that's my view here, it's not at all. I am just playing devils advocate - I wouldn't be surprised if the judge has some degree of compassion for the little guy, but I don't see him bending the rules too far for this cause. JMO, and hope I'm wrong.
