Dose increases range from 25% to 100% and generally 25%, 33%, 50%, 66% and 75%. 75% increases are rare as are 100% occurring mostly during the early cohorts in a drug escalation.

If no AEs on cohort 9 then the next level would be 435, 460, or 525 where 525 is a 50% increase.
