To get to a Cohort 10 dose of 580, I was assuming the same level of AE's (or lack thereof) that resulted in the ~66% increase from Cohort 8 to Cohort 9.

Dose increase range from 25% to 100% and generally 25%, 33%, 50%, 66% and 75%. 75% increases are rare as are 100% occurring during the early cohorts in a drug escalation.

If no AEs on cohort 9 then the next level would be 435, 460, or 525 where 525 is a 50% increase. - BigKahuna
