Agree wholeheartedly - pretty much anything of substance management wants, he won't want. Put yourself in Hauck's or Jelbert's shoes if those shares were intended for your options and others - Stevick, O'Keefe, etc, but it gets voted down. Is that going to be a kick in the rear to you for your hard work?...Yep. When you work for a public company, you work for your salary, but shares are where the real money often is.
