Sounds more like it's time to go old school, tighten up your boot straps and get your ass to work and EARN IT! With success comes big rewards. Incentives? Seriously. Why buy the cow when the milk is free comes to mind. I think that is exactly the complacency I often speak of. And seemingly the LQMT way.
They can get these guys shares. You and I know it will probably happen anyway. The message was key in showing dissatisfaction with the progress to stop the free milk.
But, your exactly right! Spot on! This is America, land of the entitled. But, maybe Hauck is like some of the rest of us old school. He finds accomplishment more important than money for nothing and that is what has driven him to his already great achievements.
