Oracle, according to LQMT only Swatch and Apple have perpetual rights to the IP (for CE and Wathes). However, it seems like Visser has the same basic rights to the IP as LQMT. That means Visser could start to manufacture and sell say, staples or canards tomorrow. I guess that is a non-exclusive right and goes unmentioned? The great give-away is not just to Apple who in any event paid $20MM, but also to Visser, just have not heard form them yet. How many shares was he eligible to vote at the ASHM, if any? Even if he had under 5%,
that could have swung the "NO" vote.
