Zombie, hmmm, well, a workaround. How about this classic: Go ahead and declare the reverse split (that can certainly be justified given the 400MM outstanding and in inevitable} let's say 40 to 1 so that the shareprice explodes to $5, well that is what they all say, have to pass the institutional investor threshold to get their support, then let it be shorted back to pennies and wash out the weak hands and the annoying riff raff, then issue themselves new subscription rights at a great price, move ahead with the contracts and be happy. Just sayin. It happens.
