LOL it's probably coming someday. I am thinking 10 or 20 for 1 assuming the outstanding is maxed out at 700 milly which I feel it will be before they have enough contracts and revenues to sustain themselves. OR they run out of money and lose or tap out the financing arrangement.

If I remember correctly the financiers can't attain the new shares below 10 cents. Steipp really did a good job negotiating this new toxic financing with stipulations that won't kill the share price sending it to a nickel before. IF I am understanding the terms correctly. Apparently he is learning. If that was his choice in the negotiation.

The 10 or 20 to 1 speculation is based on 700 million outstanding. That would give LQMT a 35 or 70 mill share count which I consider liquid enough to be tradable without a huge spread. Without significant revs I doubt the NAS wants this company $5 or not. I know it's business and NAS does business, nevertheless they do have a "reputation"(I use this term lightly, not the time or place to get into that) to uphold, to attract new clients. I am just guessing of course, but it sounds like LQMT becoming a sustainable company is still several years out. Maybe they have the funds and new toxic dilutive financing to get them there. I dunno.

I am still not bullish LQMT at all. I think the market cap needs to be re-evaluated and find a more realistic valuation. They have sold enough dilution on what could be and I think it's time to step up and make it happen before they are rewarded anymore. I think some investors are realizing that now.

As I said in the post before that you responded to, if there is a workaround for the bonus shares and I feel there most likely is, they will find a way to get there if they choose to. Nevertheless, the investors spoke, and the message was received. It is nice that realism won out over complacency this time. Kinda sad I didn't buy a single share just so I can participate in this victory. Those who voted should celebrate! LIKE A BOSS!
