how can this be viewed as anything but positive and therefore if positive the stock should move in a positive direction. The only reason it should move in a negative direction is if someone views it as negative.

Sir, from the recent high of 28 down to 18 "in the midst" of all of these positive PR's affirms your view above that "the only reason it should move in a negative direction is if someone views it as a negative".

The only way I can improve upon your statement is that "many 'someone's' view it (the stock) as a negative. Hence the slide and bouncey bouncey headed down to 16. As I posted a few days prior, LQMT always goes down sharply before the big run-up (Lucy and the football).

Stuff (green) makes this stock tough;
Fluff (PR's) while interesting,
do not keep from going into the trough.
