Maybe, maybe not. I think his point or question rather was how can this be viewed as anything but positive and therefore if positive the stock should move in a positive direction. The only reason it should move in a negative direction is if someone views it as negative. I'd say at face value at the very least this should be viewed as neutral. If someone is viewing this as negative I think they are holding on to pass performance way to much. For instance either the Kansas City Royals or Baltimore orioles are going to the World Series they have both stunk for the last 30 years a negative fan might have been saying all year "well they've always sucked they can't make it".
