They bought shares at over .002, thinking that had to be the 'bottom.' Meanwhile, other entities were dumping shares left and right.

Howarth also offered a piddly 'dividend' to reward loyal shareholders. That was another common ploy used by pink sheet scams to lure in buyers who thought they were getting 'free shares.' Now that piddly amount of rewarded shares are nearly worthless.

Instead of going through Asher, they used SC Capital and Renard and bragged about no longer using Asher--another way of luring in suckers to buy.

These guys are just a another variety of pink sheet con men.

I think that the common A shares are a great investment for you. Sell everything cash in your 401(k) get the equity out of your house. Run don't walk and load up. Lol
