Justforfun. Here's a question for you: You stated that "The B shares own this company" and "If there ever would be a buy out the (A) common shareholders would get nonthing". So in your opinion, "Why do the officers of GYST (Paul Howard, CEO and Joseph Mezey, CFO) own a "substantial" number of GYST (A) Common Stock?" They already own all of the B shares via their RENARD (Partnership) so according to your opinion, their ownership of any GYST ("worthless") A shares would be unnecessary.
