on those Salida plots,..Chaffee-Countyzoning says they must be "industrial" zoning………NONE of the plots listed in the sticky are industrial……….and a chat with the Zoning planner ( Don Reimer) confirmed that CC won't be approving any rezoning for MMJ
being Incapable of growing MJ is even more pervasive than skewed valuation…….
the plot mentioned yesterday is not currently in Mehos portfolio, it is not in these properties
