I agree. Try to keep it all up to date as to how co disseminates info on rev streams. I think we will have more to come on those fronts. They seem like movers and shakers.
One million per month rental is a sweet goal. Has anyone figured how much product must be produced annually to achieve that goal? How long will it take to reach profitability? Have the tax consequences been factored in, especially the IRS tax implications? Even though legal to grow in Colorado, the Feds still consider it illegal and the IRS will not allow any deductions.
IRS CODE SECTION § 280E. EXPENDITURES IN CONNECTION WITH THE ILLEGAL SALE OF DRUGS: “No deduction or credit shall be allowed for any amount paid or incurred during the taxable year in carrying on any trade or business if such trade or business (or the activities which comprise such trade or business) consists of trafficking in controlled substances (within the meaning of schedule I and II of the Controlled Substances Act) which is prohibited by Federal law or the law of any State in which such trade or business is conducted.”
