I find it interesting that Constantine J Mehos is using his 83 year old father John Gus Mehos to apply for that license. I suppose this is because he is a landowner there for YEARS (his family dating back to the 1800's there - even though he currently lives in Florida with his wife who own and manage that assisted living home that Constantine used as HIS address on the ProGro Systems registration in Florida the day INCC acquired him.
I suppose it has to do with the residency requirements in Colorado - which I have read in numerous places was 2 years - although some here said just at the time of the application - but he heard that through a friend. Colorado put that residency in for a reason - they didn't want every Joe Blow riding into town and setting up shop - not to mention the Drug Cartels.
John Mehos owning properties in Salida will probably qualify him. But we don't know until the STATE gives it's approval.
Hope the son and Tony aren't pulling a fast one on his dad - it would kill him with the stress of an investigation.
