I still have a small position. Definitely very curious to see more updates on the legal front. I hope the company can come to a reasonable settlement with the plaintiffs and then sell itself to a larger player. Lockheed Martin, Oceaneering, Kongsberg... they should all be very interested in owning the Echoscope technology. What a shame though, management was in a tough spot with the company near bankruptcy and they made a bad decision (to try to pull the wool over the eyes of a few stubborn shareholders). Iroquois certainly doesn't have clean hands either; they acted like they knew something fishy was happening by not going along with the transaction, but they didn't speak up until they saw a big prize. The whole thing feels dirty.
