I did some searching this morning to try and find if a ruling was issued yesterday on the motion to dismiss. All I could find is that the party was there and it is in the hands of the judge.
The Judge could have ruled on August 25. This was extremely optimistic given the Defendants Reply on August 22 (which became necessary) in Opposition to the Plaintiffs last Filing on August 8 (which was at their option).
All of the aforementioned August dates were agreed to by the Parties in prior filings. IMO - The Judge could Rule from around mid to the end of September 2014.
