Look, I know you've been around for a while and I don't want to disrespect you, but since when are YOU qualified to make the statement that "they made a bad decision (to try to pull the wool over the eyes of a few stubborn shareholders)"? That's for the judge to decide, not you, and you certainly did not make the statement as an opinion, but as though it was fact. It may well turn out that way, but it's not fact until the judge says it is.
IMHO, they already offered a more than reasonable settlement in September 2010 when they offered to trade fully paid-up shares for worthless warrants, free and clear. I think they have made a very strong argument, supported with evidence and siting prior rulings precedence, to have the case dismissed, and I believe the case will be dismissed without merit.
I hope you make money on your small position and hope you didn't lose any on liquidating the rest of your original position, I only wish the best for all investors.
