I wonder if we will see the story in the print edition of the journal tomorrow. Sure would be nice to see it. I guess even if it isn't in tomorrow's edition when they finalize the Nokia agreement then it will surely be one of the top stories about this little company from KoP that is the best performing telecom company on Wall Street. It is nice to see a good article while we wait for the big news from KoP. I hope the speculation that it was started from the company is correct and that news is coming shortly to help my option gamble.
Loop .. First of all let me remind you that I have been retired for 6 years so my take may very well be outdated. Analysts in my day did not initiate PRs like this. They were called for background info by some reporter who got on to a story. My first thought when I read this was that was what happened. Both analysts are listed on IDCC's website so if someone from Dow Jones was doing a story they need only call them. They would be happy to take the call and comment as it would bring free publicity to their respective firms. Having said that, I'll take another look at it later and see if I completely misinterpreted what occurred which wouldn't be the first time that happened.
