The feds came to Houston and ripped every plan that provided more thab a 5 for 1 write-off. They may not have done so in the Northeast. The warnings came 30 months prior to the arrival. The rumblings came 18 months before their arrival and many have not forgotten the visit today.

Regarding the second part of your post. Nobody is tying the hands of management. They have the authority to create a 2004 plan if they run out of bullets (which will not happen before the next ASM) and present it to the shareholders within one year on a non-binding resolution basis.

The sky is not falling no matter what the outcome of this proxy vote.

Nice press release today. Can you tell who initiated the story? Is our new analyst perhaps proactive concerning PR's? I sure hope so because the more the company is mentioned and its potential is discussed, the faster they will come with news that effects the bottom line.
