Any more ISO shares and encouragement to increase further the grant rate is just a windfall for management, at great cost to investors. All IMO.


A windfall for management? If you mean the officers of IDCC, could be. But if you mean the BOD, that is to be determined. I will get the answers.

I guess you're assuming that IDCC won't buy back stock to offset the dilution, since your rants never seem to mention it...

By the way, I already voted YES... and if I were on the fence, your rants would have pushed me over to the YES side!
