Giving this management team ANOTHER 5M shares on top the 5.6M shares available, total over 10M shares available, equal to over 20% of the company, to grant themselves at the rate of 7% of the company per year or higher rate of grant, truly scares me, not to mention the incentive it would provide to sell the entire company at too a low a price as far as shareholders are concerned. The current ISO plans are already very generous and rich by any standards. Any more ISO shares and encouragement to increase further the grant rate is just a windfall for management, at great cost to investors. All IMO.
