no current filings
Wifidelity run by insiders ?????

Let me tell you how I see it...wifidelity was made by the insiders and will never become part of wlan and they will be used as a money laundry for the insiders.. Most of the money or sales will stay at wifidelity and go to insiders pockets..cuz wlan will sell to wifidelity for just over cost. Now that don't leave much profit for wlan shareholders. But the insiders get fat with their private company. People once the restricted shares come out. Insiders will sell cuz they have nothing to lose.. People take you're lose and move on..lessons LearNed ... This is a trap don't be a bag holder. Imo
