Your list is not accurate:

There is a sales force. Because the in-house team is not as large as you want it to be right now does not mean it does not exist.

There was a buy-back. Because no one took advantage of it doesn't mean it did not happen. My DD also indicate there is an informal "buy back" going on right now in the form of insider accumulation.

There is a CEO. Because he is not the person you want does not mean the office is not filled.

The filings are current.

Wifidelity is run by insiders because they created the company to resell wlan equipment. They are effectively the out-of-house part of the sales team. There are many benefits to this structure that are beneficial to a small company like wlan, such as health care costs, payroll taxes, etc. In addition to the profit Wlan gets from the equipment itself, wlan gets 30% of wifidelity service, installation, and maintainance fees
