A cursory look at pps of OTC and even some of the so called blue chip stocks prove that it's not just about math. Maybe a little emotion/hype/anticipation doesn't hurt.

All I'm saying is do the math....take out the emotional attachment to the stock...make a decision and execute your decision....GLTA

Using your logic, then BIG RED isn't so good either, yet it services over 100,000 locations and is growing at a steady pace across the whole U.S. ..
BTW-How do you think all of this FIZZ is gonna reach its market?
Who is gonna bottle and distribute it into every convenience store and gas station and MAJOR RETAILER like COSTCO??

The vast majority of the increased A/S will not hit the market under the current share structure. They are being reserved for if the preferred shares ever needed to be converted to commons.
