An issue is an issue....and six months or a year will not matter...3.5 Billion shares severely impedes PPS growth...

@1dollar per share this would put MINE as fourth largest company in the US....never going to happen

@.10 $350,000,000 .....thats a lot of FIZZ being sold to support that....

@.01 35 million....I can't even see that justification even if everything happens just right....endorsements, hype pushed sales etc. But even then how will the PPS grow from there with the bloated Share Structure? Buy back....that cost to much for a growing company and I won't even go down the other paths because I don't want to start a war....

All I'm saying is do the math....take out the emotional attachment to the stock...make a decision and execute your decision....GLTA
