At the time the deal was done the ask was over a buck most likely. It just dropped following the most recent quarterly report.

It would be impossible for this investor to accumulate 3 million shares at a price of a Dollar. Heck that is half the float.

The guy probably feels like he is getting a pretty good deal with a trailing eps of .13 and with them about to add the online casino to the operations.

Who knows what number you called and from which website but if you want to call and purchase their product you likely need to call the number on Uma-Jin.net.

Nevada is just where the corporation is registered and likely was prior to them acquiring the shell and doing the R/M. Lots of companies are incorporated in Nevada despite having operations elsewhere. I don't see why this is a big deal. One of their officers lives in Nevada and has an office it would appear.

Without a clarification of why that price was paid, I would assume it is a pump to inflate the stock price

I see nothing in the all data chart that would support any pump or dump theories at anytime in the past 7 years?

http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=gpiw&insttype=&freq=2&show=&time=20

1. No artificial pps hike at time of merge proceedings 2012/2013?

2. No dump-off in the several months this stock traded recently at .80 to 1.00?

3. The most recent quarterly loss filing is no way to advance an upcoming pump & dump. In fact, it was this recent reported eps loss that legitimized the stock for me. The subsequent (probable retail) selling down to pps .30 brought me in.

All that said, one must place a risk-factor on any penny stock just for it's existence in pennyland. The filing link below contains the Hong Kong and Tokyo numbers and email addresses if anyone wants to put in the time for more serious dd clarification?
