I agree. Usually, a deal of that size will be done at a discount to market price, not a premium, and certainly not a premium twice the market price. Smells like a scam. Without a clarification of why that price was paid, I would assume it is a pump to inflate the stock price. I called the number on the website and it went to a non manned answering service. Revenues like they claim can support a secretary or at least a company answering machine. The products and services seem very general and generic. The website is written in English and has a Japanese option, which stays English and has partial Japanese subtitles. If a potential customer, who is supposed to be Japanese, wants information about a product or service, I don't think they get very much. The US headquarters are in Nevada....seems really scammy to me.
