again, I am prescient and as predicted....even though a deal is closed....contracts signed and monies change hands.....some claim it is not..

Joe, I am just relaying what he told me yesterday. He said it was under contract - no assets have been transferred and it is in the hands of the accountants.

If it is. Great. Doesn't Donnell owe it to all shareholders and especially to those who bought the hype and the .002 - .0034 shares to tell everybody what the deal is about? How was it paid for - the Q has no money to speak of? Was she able to get a loan?

Peeps this is the new PHOT (.12) w/o all the baggage. Be happy, this will be going up soon. Many here want this lower because the want 50,000,000 shares! Gltu guys, but id make sure u have some soon! Just look @ the pig PHOT compared w/38M in debt and sEC up their a$$ still above .10 amazing. This is better than a dispensary, for some need to get educated asap. More stores to come $$ potential higher. Dispensiaries must have QASP to survive. Residual income for QASP!!!
