again, I am prescient and as predicted....even though a deal is closed....contracts signed and monies change hands.....some claim it is not.....

can something go wrong, yes....but a deal was apparently drafted in an agreement, signed by both parties and monies changed hands...I think that is a closing....just like when you buy a house, a car, or other items....

we don't know the details, but I think you really have to twist the meaning from its conventional sense to say a deal has not been close.
