handled poorly, maybe....maybe circumstances dictated it as it seems the first acquisition target fell through, changed terms, or the second was better...I don't know and would be a great question to ask and have answered.

the other stuff is a function of a hyper aware company that has been under siege for the past three years and is still in that mode

Yes, we have closed the deal with Quasar Aerospace to purchase our facility. we are in the training phase now of the new management.
As well the store does have several contracts with dispensaries and grow facilities. I hope this information helps. have a good day sir.
