As for me I got my kid covered by insurance. I'll let my lawyer sue your sorry butt over that POS tree after my son gets the cast off. j/k

I think the point is my insurance company would probably work it out with yours. Who knows. That's why I make sure I'm covered. I have riders on the home owners for full replacement, code upgrade, cost upgrade, the blanket coverage, jewelry and sewer backup. My wife hates our carpet! ;)

Just make sure you cut down that tree before we visit.

Without permission to be on your property no. In otherwords no one knew including your kids.

With permission such as playing ball as the post was about.........Absolutely!

Tell me Phil. Besides water leaks and home damage like that have you not heard of home owners insurance covering acidents from others on property?
